Regarding Live2D commissions

About the comission

・Please prepare a contact number such as X (Twitter) or Discord where you can be contacted by direct message. (You can also use an email address, but it may take time to reply, so we may not be able to meet your desired deadline.)

・Copyright of the created model will not be transferred.

・Please prepare the data for the character you wish to model in advance.

・We do not accept commissions for AI illustrations. If the data you send us turns out to be AI, we may refuse to create the work or suspend its use.

・An additional fee will be charged for retakes from the third time onwards. Please note that the fee will vary depending on the revisions required.

・We recommend that you get permission from the artist who created the illustration to adjust, modify, or add parts to the illustration in advance. (If permission is not obtained, we may not be able to accommodate additional facial expressions or a high range of motion.)

・We do not currently have a form for video production requests, so if you would like to request a video production, please contact SakuramochiMinato via DM on X (Twitter).




About use

・The model created can be used commercially. All profits earned from activities etc. belong to the client.

・If you have any questions about how to install the model, please feel free to contact us. We are always available to support you.

・When you are active on social media, we would appreciate it if you could include the creator's name (@Sakuramoti_3710) in your profile or summary section. (This is not mandatory.)




Prohibitions and precautions

- Redistribution, transfer, secondary sales , or claiming to be the creator of the model data is prohibited.

・Use for political or religious activities or acts that go against public order and morals is prohibited.

・Excessive sexual or violent content is prohibited.

- We are not responsible for any problems that arise from the use of the model.

・Please note that we cannot accept refunds or returns .

・Copyrighted illustrations are only available for works for which a fee is permitted for production.

・If a character design is requested, an additional fee will be charged.

・Revisions are generally free of charge, but please note that if major revisions are required, an additional fee may be charged.

・We also accept requests for the production of additional parts for Live2D illustrations only.




About use

・Please consult us in advance regarding the production of goods using illustrations.

- For characters that you have designed from scratch, you are free to engage in personal derivative works.
